To accompany the launch of her new Designs by Sarah J for Andover Fabrics At Days End fabric collection, Sarah J Maxwell designed her beautiful Dusk Settles Quilt. Measuring 85 x 85 , it is a large and stunning piece. The Terrace Star Quilt pattern is my take on this make, using Natasha s hand-selected fabrics from this range and a classic Sawtooth Star block ‘on-point’ to create a quilt measuring approx 51 x 51 . There is a little less piecing in my pattern than the original and a slightly different method of construction.
